VCW Security's service is broken down into a number of key components:
Marketing
Developing Specific Marketing Campaigns
As part of our value-add proposition we give considerable support to our partners helping them in the development of specific marketing campaigns. These activities can include telemarketing campaigns, mail shots and seminars and allows for the generation of qualified leads. Marketing can be sponsored through VCW and our vendors through the use of co-op or other means.
Collateral
Developing Branded Collateral
Branding collateral with your company logo can make a real difference to how you are seen in the end-user marketplace. It can take you from being perceived as just another "box shifter" to a solution provider or thought leader. VCW Security offers a tailored service as part of a marketing campaign.
Support
Pre and Post Sales Support Services
As a cutting edge security solution provider we offer a complete range of pre and post sales technical support services. We invest heavily in the training and education of our partners to allow them to get up to speed quickly with the product range and to equip them with the knowledge to win in the field. In addition we are able to provide demo or evaluation units for identified projects at the end user site.
Supply
Holding Stock
Stock holding is just one part of the logistical process. VCW hold a full compliment of stock for all our vendors on-site at our distribution centre and we replenish on a weekly basis. As our Account Managers have full visibility of the sales order process and work closely with logistics companies we are able to ensure that our partners are provided with excellent turnaround on timescales and delivery.
