VCW Ltd – the Shropshire-based distributor that specialises in providing IT hardware, software, firewall, anti-virus and services to resellers – has completed the purchase of Talkativo. Established in 2006, Talkativo are specialists in lowering the costs of communications and provide fixed line rentals, voice call minutes, broadband, LLU lines and SIP/VoIP solutions, as well as National and International termination at very competitive rates.
Talkativo are able to offer new line installations as well as transfer of existing services, typically achieving savings of around 40% against your existing supplier.
This acquisition is part of the VoiceComms Warehouse strategy to continue its growth and expand its ability to service an ever demanding reseller channel with all its voice, data and security needs. Owner of VCW Mike Harris aims to emulate the rapid growth achieved with Total Network Solutions before the sale of the company to BT in 2006.
In three years of trading since inception VCW has seen rapid growth. The company has substantial cash reserves from re-investment made by Mike Harris to grow organically and also to enable further acquisitions during the next 12-24 months.
